Hässelby Vällingby Art Club invites you to a member exhibition on March 27, 2026. All members of the association have the opportunity to participate with a work on the theme of Dreams.

GIPSHUVUD PLASTER HEAD, acrylic and charcoal on cotton canvas, size A4, 2026.
Ett liggande gipshuvud, med drag som för tankarna till en antik byst, vänder sig mot betraktaren. Huvudet framträder avskilt från kroppen; det som en gång var en helhet har upplösts. Blicken är tom, men ändå riktad, vilket placerar verket i ett gränstillstånd mellan närvaro och frånvaro, som i en dröm.
A resting plaster head, with features reminiscent of an antique bust, turns towards the viewer. The head appears separated from the body; what was once a whole has dissolved. The gaze is empty, yet directed, which places the work in a borderline state between presence and absence, as in a dream.
